Where are you based, and does that work for EU and US clients?
We work from Constanța, Romania, and ship to founders across the EU, the UK, and the US. The EU and UK overlap a full workday; for US clients we keep several hours of overlap and async-friendly habits, so a time zone is never the reason something stalls.
Who actually does the work?
A senior team, augmented with the AI tooling we run in-house. There is no junior churn and no handoff to a B-team after the pitch. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
How do we work together during a project?
We ship in weekly increments and demo every Friday, so you watch the product come together instead of waiting for one reveal. Technical decisions come to you as plain trade-offs, not jargon.
Engagement and pricing
How is pricing structured?
Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before we start. We scope it on a 30-minute call so you see the number before you commit to anything.
What is the smallest engagement you take?
A technical due diligence audit, usually about a week, is the smallest. MVP sprints run 4 to 8 weeks and AI integrations 2 to 6, each as its own fixed-scope engagement.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, but it is optional, never a requirement. You leave with documentation and a runbook and can extend the product without us. If you want us to keep shipping or stay on call, that is a separate arrangement.
Code, data, and security
Do we own the code and the IP?
Completely, from day one. You own the source, the repositories, and the intellectual property. There is no lock-in and no per-seat licensing on your own product.
How do you handle our data, especially for AI features?
We design around your data-residency and privacy constraints. AI features are grounded in your data through retrieval rather than sent wholesale to a third party, and self-hosted or EU-only model options are on the table where that matters.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive, and confidentiality is the default on every engagement, including due diligence work.
