Product MVP sprints
An MVP sprint is a fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement that takes one sharp idea to a production-ready product in 4 to 8 weeks. You get a senior team, a single deadline, and working software you own, not a prototype you have to throw away.
What's included
- A scoped build plan with a fixed price and a fixed end date, agreed before we start.
- A production-ready web or mobile app, deployed to your infrastructure or ours.
- Senior engineers only, augmented with the AI tooling we use in-house to move faster.
- Clean, documented, handover-ready code you own outright, with no lock-in.
- Analytics, error tracking, and the basics of a real product wired in from day one.
How a sprint runs
- 01
Scoping call
A 30-minute call to pin down the one thing the MVP has to prove, and what is explicitly out of scope.
- 02
Fixed proposal
We send back a scoped plan with a fixed price, a fixed end date, and the exact feature list. You approve before anything is built.
- 03
Build sprint
We ship in weekly increments you can see and use. No black box, no surprise at the end.
- 04
Handover
You get the running product, the source, and a short walkthrough. The code is yours from day one.
Most sprints run 4 to 8 weeks. Fixed scope, fixed price, one senior team.

Common questions
What does fixed scope actually mean?
We agree the exact feature list and the end date before we start. New ideas mid-sprint go on a list for after launch, so the deadline holds. That is how we keep a fixed price honest.
Do we own the code?
Yes, completely. You own the source, the infrastructure, and the IP from day one. There is no lock-in and nothing to license back from us.
Is this a prototype or a real product?
A real product. We deploy to production with analytics, error tracking, and auth wired in, not a clickable mockup you have to rebuild.
What if the MVP needs more after launch?
Plenty of clients run a second sprint once the first is in users' hands and the priorities are clearer. Each sprint is its own fixed-scope engagement.
